Modern Folding Room Divider 3d Model

This folding room divider 3D model presents a contemporary partition with several connected panels, slim black framing, and vertically textured translucent inserts. The open grid structure creates visual separation while allowing light and surrounding forms to remain visible, making it suitable for modern residential, hospitality, office, and retail interiors.

Use the model as a decorative screen between living and dining areas, a subtle privacy partition, or a freestanding backdrop in an interior visualization. Its repeated panel arrangement and contrasting dark frame can complement minimalist, contemporary, and eclectic design schemes.

The asset is provided in the 8.rar archive and is intended for use with 3ds Max 2020 and V-Ray. Add it to room scenes where a folding architectural element is needed without visually closing the space. The model can also support presentation views focused on entry zones, lounge areas, bedrooms, or open-plan interiors.
